Thank you for shopping with Narico Delas. We strive to provide high-quality Kurtis, Sarees, Suit Sets, and ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must not show signs of use, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping will be arranged at no additional cost.
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy after delivery.
