NAARICO Shop at Home Service 

Terms & Conditions

Available Exclusively in Delhi NCR

NAARICO's Shop at Home service allows customers to experience and try selected products from the comfort of their homes before making a purchase decision. By booking this service, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

How the Service Works

  1. Customers may select up to 5 products from the NAARICO website for a Shop at Home appointment.

  2. A booking request must be submitted through the website along with all required customer details.

  3. The required advance payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  4. Upon successful verification and payment confirmation, NAARICO will schedule the appointment and arrange delivery.

  5. An authorized NAARICO delivery representative will bring the selected products to the customer's address during the scheduled time slot.

  6. Customers may inspect and try the products during the allotted trial period.

  7. Customers may purchase one or more products and return the remaining products immediately to the delivery representative during collection.

Customer Information Required

To confirm a Shop at Home booking, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Alternate Contact Number (Optional)

  • Email Address

  • Complete Address with Landmark

  • Preferred Appointment Date and Time

  • Selected Product Details

  • Any additional information requested by NAARICO for verification purposes

NAARICO reserves the right to verify customer details before confirming any appointment.

Advance Payment Policy

  • An advance payment is mandatory for all Shop at Home appointments.

  • Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

  • Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

  • The advance payment will be adjusted against the final value of the product(s) purchased by the customer.

  • NAARICO reserves the right to revise the advance payment amount at any time.

Appointment Confirmation

After successful payment and verification:

  • Customers will receive confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Call.

  • Appointment timings are subject to availability.

  • Customers must be available at the provided address during the confirmed time slot.

Trial & Product Handling

  • All products delivered under the Shop at Home service remain the exclusive property of NAARICO until purchased.

  • Customers are expected to handle all products with care.

  • Products must not be washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used beyond normal trial purposes.

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.

Product Return & Collection

  • Products not selected for purchase must be returned immediately to the delivery representative during collection.

  • Any product not returned at the time of collection may be considered sold to the customer.

  • Customers may be charged the full retail value of any unreturned, lost, damaged, altered, stained, or unsellable product.

  • NAARICO reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts through appropriate legal remedies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to logistics, convenience, or service charges.

  • If a customer is unavailable during the scheduled appointment, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.

  • Repeated cancellations or No-Shows may result in future booking restrictions.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers and inventory:

  • NAARICO may request additional identity verification for certain bookings.

  • NAARICO reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any booking that appears fraudulent, suspicious, incomplete, or inaccurate.

  • False information provided during booking may result in immediate cancellation of the service.

Service Availability

  • Shop at Home service is currently available only in selected areas of Delhi NCR.

  • Availability depends on operational capacity, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.

  • NAARICO reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

NAARICO shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from traffic conditions, weather events, public restrictions, customer unavailability, incorrect address information, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Right to Modify

NAARICO reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the Shop at Home service, including its eligibility criteria, charges, policies, procedures, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a Shop at Home appointment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above and agrees to comply with all policies governing the service.
